Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be accepted
• Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
